The Gilded Age in America spanned from 1865-1901. Some historians extend it to April of 1912 with the sinking of the Titanic. Others stretch it to 1914 when President Wilson signed the Clayton Antitrust Act into law. Some even go as far as the end of World War I. Whenever it ended, it did overlapped with the late Victorian era and the Edwardian era in Great Britain and La Belle Epoque in France. These eras have been the focus of my costume research, particularly the 1880s and 1890s.I've compiled a list of websites that I think are useful. Some of these sites focus specifically on the 19th century, but others are pretty general. And by general I mean Europe and North America. I'd ask why so many sites focus on only two continents, but that's another blog post entirely.
