1) Sending out my short story. As usual I got nervous and insecure, but I did it anyway. I just closed my eyes and hit send. And the great thing is, a few years ago I would have had to mail it out and pay for cab fare, stamps, IRCs. This is why I love the Internet.
2) Research for my romance novel. I realized it would be easier to set it in the 1880s instead of the 1930s like I'd originally planned. Besides, I think the winding down of the 19th century - with the Belle Époque, the Gilded Age, and the ending of the Victorian Era - has a lot more material to write about. I've got a whole series of books in my head just based on that period.
3) I joined the Romance Divas Forum. Not that I've actually said anything yet.
This has been my week so far. Next week I hope I'll be able to send out my other short story after the final edit.
